Paholei Street House: The Completed Project

To finish the three-part series on the Paholei Street house, here are the pictures of  the final result of three months of renovations. The home went on the market early in the summer and was immediately snapped up by a very lucky couple, who moved in this August. Great job, Debbie and Brian! Now it is time to find the next project...

The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

I took this photo the day the fridge moved into its space, thus
the piece of cardboard on the floor.

Large counters allow for ample dining space.

The great room with the family room in the background.

The family room has tan concrete floors.

Opposite the kitchen is space for a desk. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms. The door on the left side of the hallway opens to one of the bathrooms.

This bath has custom cabinetry and fixtures, and a shower/tub.

The newly built master bath has a walk-in shower, and plenty of cabinet space for storage.

Hardwood floors warm up the enlarged master bedroom.

The lanai can be accessed from both the family room and the kitchen.
A small laundry area also opens from the lanai.

An impressive renovation, don't you think? Let me know your thoughts, post a comment below. What finishes/colors would you have picked
