The Best Staging Prop: a Kaneohe Bay View

When it comes to properties, the old saying applies - use what you were given. The house below was definitely given much: above all else an awesome view of Kaneohe Bay. With a little work, we helped this property look its best. Check out the results below.

The most of the furniture came with the house. We brought in a few more pieces, plus plants and accessories. 

The kitchen got a mini-makeover with some plants and a few accessories

The pink flowery bedspread came with the bed. We added the plants, chairs and table outside, and orchid in the corner.

The upstairs balcony is now the perfect place for some pau hana drinks. 

The house went on the market this week. I am sure it will be a quick sell. :-)
